• Cloudflare (website hosting and form protection services)
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange Online (email and communications services)

These providers may process or store information outside New Zealand.

Some of our service providers store or process personal information in jurisdictions outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas service providers protect personal information in a manner consistent with New Zealand privacy law.

Information is stored in secure cloud environments and protected using appropriate safeguards, including access controls and encryption where available.

Retention and Disposal

Business and accounting records are retained in accordance with New Zealand legal requirements. Working data created during consulting assessments is securely destroyed once the assessment is complete, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services.

These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location (for example, country or region). This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

When Acting as a Service Provider

In the course of providing consulting services, we may access or process personal information on behalf of our clients. In these circumstances, we act solely as a service provider and process information only in accordance with the client’s instructions. The client remains responsible for personal information held within their systems.
